Kyle is a Managing Partner at Private Jet Sales with a strong background in aircraft transactions and client advisory. He has led more than $3B in acquisitions and sales, helping clients navigate valuation, due diligence, and negotiation with confidence. Kyle brings a hands-on, detail-oriented approach that ensures clients remain informed, protected, and in control throughout the process.

Brent Monroe

Managing Partner

Brent is a Managing Partner at Private Jet Sales with over three decades of experience in aviation leadership, brokerage, and advisory services. His background spans the U.S. Army, Bombardier, Gulfstream, and Solairus, giving him a broad perspective on both operations and transactions. Brent has completed more than 330 aircraft transactions totaling over $15B, and specializes in guiding clients through complex decisions with a calm, strategic approach focused on long-term outcomes.
